Anyone had their kidney and uterus removed at once

Hello all,
For years now I have battled with fibroids, it is compressing my urether, my kidney getting affected as a result. I have had 2 myomectomies. I have also had to go through 4 emergency surgeries to pass stents through my urether. All my efforts and numerous surgeries have put me right where I began. My kidney function test on my left kidney shows 9% while the right one is 91%. So I am having the left kidney totally removed. Also my gynecologist told me today that they will be in the surgery to do biopsies and remove affected parts. Uterus, maybe ovary, maybe part of my colon, or parts of my bowel. All depends. Anyone gone through this before? Any info, advice, experience will be appreciated.
BTW I am in Germany now so I trust their healthcare better than when I was in Africa.

I just read your post, Im sorry you have to go thru all of this & still have questions.. I cant answer your question but possibly if you find this or a forum in German language vs English??? A Nephrologist could answer your kidney questions. My uterus was so enlarged due to uterine fibroids that it was leaning into my R kidney & into my colon & causing difficulties with a hiatal hernia. I wish you a quick recovery! .
