Bowel problems 6 weeks post op

I am six weeks post op LAVH.TSO torn vagina wall repair. I just now starting having bowel pain and bloating. I am going to the bathroom regularly for me but seem to have alot of gas and bloating and don't know why. Eating normal foods I take Gas-X and it helps but the pressure is sometimes quite painful right at the bottom of my belly until I pass the gas. Dr said all looked good at checkup last week but this just started. Could it be a re-settling of my internal organs now?

Not sure, I still have a lot of pressure and discomfort when I go, I just let it come out on its own.
I would call the Dr and see if he knows what it could be, just to be on the safe side. This way you can really describe what you are feeling.
