Support Undies? Anyone?

Hello Fellow princesses!

Can anyone offer advice on support undies? my SIL sent me a few new pairs in the mail (she figured DH wouldn't know what to look for!) and told me they really helped her after her c-section last year. It does seem to help but I don't seem to feel that I can wear them all day.

How long do you guys wear them?

Does it make the swelly belly worse?

I wear mine all day but I also do not wear the ones that come up too awefully high either. I can't stand to wear even high waisted jeans anymore, I prefer everything low waisted. And that might explain why I got back into my old clothes so quickly. They do help me with my swelly belly and no it does not make mine any worse. The constant pressure seems to help alieviate some of the pain I encounter from moving around or doing too much. I wear mine all day long. i hope this helps you some. I have found some really great comfort in wearing them.

My sub for me while I was out told me about a website called spanx.com that sells control /support undies. I ordered from them and was amazed about how much they hold in. My incision is only 5 weeks old and is still a little sensitive, but I plan to wear them as soon as I can. Check out the website.

TAH and bladder sling

I bought two different kinds from walmart. One kind are light support. I can wear these all day and all night. They are Vazzerette. Then I got the firm control kind too they have the panel in the front those are great. I wear them during the day and take them off at bed time.

i bought the firm control from walmart and wore them for 5 to 6 hrs a day. i couldn't wear them all day but the amount that i did wear them helped tremendously. I don't have to wear them at all now which is really nice.
