Surgery scheduled - 5 week wait

Any one else out there due for surgery on 9th March this year? I am, and I am finding that the distance between now and then means that it is far away enough for me not to be completely freaking out (yet!), but near enought that it is constantly on my mind. Sounds familiar to anyone?

Hi sister, yes i,m in the same boat mine is 5 th APRIL and i,m getting my self so worked up. My husband think,s i,m some one else and he,s in for a shock as i told him heis got to do the house work and shopping.My hormones are allover the place and i have a weeks holiday and all i am doing is worring. Hi, My surgery is march 9th also. The waiting is soooo bad. I am so nervous. It's nice to know there is other ladies out there who will be doing the same thing I'm doing on that day. Good Luck to all of you, and my prayers will be with you all. Nalamina

I'm scheduled for March 3rd. The waiting is awful. I'm always thinking about it, especially since the bleeding and pain don't seem to want to stop. Dr. would have scheduled for sooner, but I own a business and just hired someone 2 weeks ago. I can't just leave her on her own for several weeks with no training. So I have to wait and give her time to get comfortable taking things over.

My DH is wonderful, but I feel guilty for talking about it all the time. He used to ask "How are you", now it's been changed to "how bad is it today". Sometimes I wish he wouldn't ask. I'm starting to feel guilty for not wanting to do anything and being so tired. This feeling like crap is getting really old for everyone!!

Oh well, only 4 more Wednesdays to go.
