Just exhausted :( TVH

Today I had to teach a 4 hour painting class and by the time I was done I was in agony. I went home to lay down but just had to take pain meds because I had to get ready to go to school open house. A little bleeding which i haven't had for weeks. I have to do it all over again tomorrow. I have not seen any stitches come out. I can't believe the extent of my overdoing it and have not had any complications except for the pain. I heard my daughter say something about how I should be healed it has been 5 weeks and it seems like I should be normal but inside it certainly doesn't feel like it. I still can't sit on a chair. I have felt better but I want my energy or the physical capacity to be able to take care of five kids who are just starting school. someday i will be woman hear me roar again.

I had spotting up until my 6 wk appt, mostly when I tried to walk or tried to do light housework. Turned out there was a small area of my vaginal cuff that had not healed yet. (I had not seen any stitches either and the doc had to pull one ) One silver nitrate treatment took care of that. But it was my 7th week before the fatigue started to abate. Then I got hit with a nasty virus that was going around.
So, it does take some of us longer to heal than others. Just because you look good on the outside doesn't necessarily mean things are healed on the inside. Please listen to your body and not to how others "think" you should be feeling.

Working these past two days for 4 hours has been horrible. Back to sleeping all afternoon and in pain. Trying to listen to my body and leave work when I start feeling bad.

Coffeecrazed---sitting in a chair IS horrible!! All I do is squirm and dream of my soft couch! One day we will all roar again, just seems so far off in the distance!!

Tired here but I've got a cold. Napping each afternoon.

After my first surgery for endometriosis, I napped twice a day for 2 hours each time. I slept 8 hours each night and still woke up unrefreshed. This happened for about a year.

I hope that you won't have that type of fatigue for too long!!
