Am I too young for a hysterectomy? Weighing my options

Hi all. I am 31 years old and am considering a hysterectomy because I have horrible ovarian cysts and mild endometriosis.
I cannot take any sort of estrogen or progesterone to suppress them because of various reasons. I have the lupus anticoagulant antibody and high blood pressure which puts me in a hypercoagulant state so estrogen is out of the question. I also have bipolar disorder so progesterone is also out of the question as it makes me have the worst mood swings and makes my bipolar worse.
I've already had one ovary removed in hopes to reduce the frequency of my cysts. The last two cysts that I had together were 4.3 cm and 2.9 cm (at the same time) and the larger one was hemorrhagic. When the large one ruptured I was in the worst pain I've ever been in in my life. I've gotten cysts like these since my early 20s and I'm really tired of being in pain all the time. My GYN is hesitant to prescribe pain medication on a long term basis and I cannot take oral anti-inflammitories because of stomach concerns.

Please help. I'm so worried that getting a hysterectomy at 31 would be way too young to start menopause. I'm running out of options. Does anyone have experience with a young hysterectomy? Or any other suggestions for ovarian cysts?

Hi I just turned 34 this past Saturday and I had a partial hysterectomy the fri before your are not to young to get one.

I have large ovarian cysts and mild endometriosis for which my doctor has no solutions for. I can't take hormones because of my blood pressure and a hypercoagulant antibody in my blood. I already had one ovary removed in hopes of at least getting rid of having cysts all the time. When the last hemorrhagic cyst ruptured I thought I was going to pass out the pain was so bad. My doctor hesitates to give me pain meds on a regular basis because she doesn't want me to become dependent. Basically my options are to carry on using mild pain meds every time I have a cyst or get a hysterectomy. I'm only 31 and my doctor and I both are worried about menopause at a young age. Help please.
