7.5 weeks post TAH and prickly cactus pains

I'm at 7.5 weeks out from abdominal hyst ( kept both ovaries), with vertical incision. I went on kind of long shopping trips four days in a row, for new clothes bc I lost a lot of weight, wow. So I was standing a lot during shopping.
Now I'm getting some sharp cactus/barbed wire pains sometimes, in the lower pelvic area. Also, I just blew my nose standing up, and felt a lot of sharp prickling. Was ok blowing my nose sitting down.
Anyone else experience this? Hoping it's not out of the norm.

Yes, I had the cactus feeling inside until the stitches in the cuff healed. I had extra stitches because they tore me taking stuff out. I could not sit at all for weeks and standing a lot still makes me very achy.

Thank you, Germangir1 and ActIII, for your responses. I love this site, lets you know you're not alone. I had planned to call my doctor tomorrow, but he's very hard to get on the phone, very annoying. Your responses help so much.
ActIII, sorry to hear about your extra pain. Hope we all feel much better soon.

Re: 7.5 weeks post TAH and prickly cactus pains

Finally got my doc on the phone, after calling his office and then paging him twice - seriously?
He thinks it may be some inflammation from ovulation, he said that is the most common reason for the prickly feeling. It is right around that time. I hope that's what it is.
