Man do I hurt!

I am beside myself with cramps today. Feeling very sorry for myself right now. my emotions seem to be all over the place. I have been "period free" now for a week, but feel like I am about to start.

I hurt so bad right now all I want to do is go home crawl into bed and read a book. Seems like any exersion at all causes cramping! I usually get cramps a day or two before and then a day or two during, but then it quits. Exercised yesterday and haven't been the same since.

I don't even want to go to exercise today.! BOOHOO. I feel like such a baby!

Any suggestions?

Man do I hurt!

You must be at work right now huh? Can you get to the store and get some of those heat therapy pads? I love those things. After my ablation I wore one for days and never had to take much pain meds at all.

I find that even when it hurts to move if I get up and start walking and get past the pain it does end up easing up a bit.

Or, maybe you could sneak out to your vehicle for your lunch break and curl up in the back seat.

Sorry your feeling so cruddy.

Thanks!

What a nice little note from you! Made me smile! Yes, I am at work and am very busy. Was thinking if nothing else, maybe going outside at lunch and walking a little bit. It is so pretty out, maybe it would lift me up!

Oh, the joys of womanhood! I can't wait until June!!!! Only 55 more days!

WOW

What a difference a day makes. Right now I am feeling lots better. Thanks so much for the hugs sent my way - that did a world of good! Also, went to exercise and it really did help releave some pain. Got lots of rest with my heating pad last night - today I am good!!

Thanks ladies!
