Finally a Hot Bath ;)

I'm eight weeks post op. At my six week check up two weeks ago my Dr said I was still not healed inside from the TVH. He had me insert Amino Cerv Creme for two weeks. I went back yesterday and he said it was healed and I'm finally released from the Dr. Yippee!
I took my first hot bath tonight and it felt so good! I've missed my bath more than anything. I still haven't been brave enough for sex and funny thing my Dr said was if I was too nervous he would call me in some Valium. I'm not familiar with Valium but I thought it knocked you out. Boy DH would sure appreciate that
I wanted to let all the sisters know that I have been SO greatful and thankful for all the support from all the sisters here. I think a hysterectomy is probably one of the hardest things that a woman has to go through and just having this website and support from everyone has made my hysterectomy experience a little easier and I honestly don't think I would have made it without each of you. Thank YOU ALL! Reading all the sisters posts here and in the PreOp has pretty much become part of my daily routine and I do plan to keep doing it and also to check out some of the other threads on this website.
