Surgery was today and peeing like crazy???

I am not a good bleeder. After they took the packing out of me,I kept bleeding. So went in some more packing. So, even if I could pee, they probably would've kept me in overnight.
I don't do well with drugs either. That anti-nausea medicine? What a joke. I threw that up too.
My doctor,who knows I'm not a fan of drugs, asked me on the first morning, that I had to only press the morphine button twice? I said "yes. I just did it to see what good it would do and it didn't do me good, so I didn't use it anymore! He had a good chuckle, I guess. He also gave me a prescription for Vicodan which he know I probably wouldn't use. He was right--I didn't.

I'm so glad it's eased up. I had a catheter when I came out of surgery and it didn't come out until mid-day the next day. I do remember watching this huge catheter bag get emptied 3 different times and thinking "wow, all that from me??" Because I had the catheter and they kept me on liquids for a long time, I drank to my heart's desire.
