12 hours to go and I am soooo scared!!

I will be heading for the Castle in about 12 hours time, my op is not until Friday, in Ireland we go in the day before and do all the pre-op stuff, I have tried to keep busy all day but now that it is almost bedtime and I have everything done I am starting to freak out, I have not packed my bag yet, half of me does not want to go, the other half is thinking ahead to a pain free future, I know that is has been said that the waiting is the hardest, but at this moment I wish I had more time, just nerves I guess, but I am really scared.

Sorry for moaning on but I know you ladies will understand how I am feeling. Thanks for listening and I will see you on the other side.

You bet we understand. Most of us have gone through the same exact thoughts or are going through them now.

Like you said the waiting is the hardest part so just getting through the next 12 hours will be tough then will be better after the waiting is over. I am 4 weeks post op and doing very well. I will be thinking of you. Hang in there and try to pamper yourself a little this evening. Maybe a nice relaxing bath would help? We are with you.
