Menstral-like cramps 3 weeks post-op

I had my TLH on 8/27/10. My cervix was removed but I kept my ovaries. When I had my post-op appt. I told the DR about the cramps and she told me that the ovaries still send "signals" and that cramping is normal. I am now 7 weeks post surgery and the cramping has definitely lessened. I found that if I took a couple of Tylenol my cramping was much more tolerable.
