Update on Hysterecomy date.

WELL, I WENT BACK TO SEE MY DOCTOR ON WEDNESDAY.
WENT ON MONDAY BUT HE WASN'T THERE. ANYWAY, HE SAID A HYSTERECTOMY WAS INEVIATABLE. HE IS STILL WAITING FOR APPROVAL FOR THE INSURANCE COMPANY. WE ARE LOOKING AT THE END OF DECEMBER FOR THE SURGERY. IT WILL BE A TAH. I WANTED TO ASK MORE QUESTIONS BUT HE WANTED ME TO WAIT UNTIL HE HAD APPROVAL FROM THE INSURANCE COMPANY FIRST. THIS MADE ME VERY UNCOMFORTABLE. I DON'T WANT TO WAIT UNTIL 3 DAYS BEFORE MY SURGERY TO GET ANSWERS. I AM OPEN TO ANY SUGGESTIONS.

I would not be comfortable with a doctor who wouldn't take the time to answer my questions, so I'd find another one fast. Having a caring and compassionate doctor makes all the difference in the world.

Hi,
I am sorry to hear that your MD is putting you off like that. I have to agree with Allison here, please see about getting another doctor a soon as you can. It will make your whole experience much more comfortable and pleasant to go through.
You deserve the chance to ask anything you need to from your doctor at any given reasonable time and your answer should not have to wait because of insurance pending or such. I have never heard of this before.

Thank you ladies, i knew i hadn't lost my mind yet.
My doctor talks a mile a minute, so i have to keep asking him what he said anyway. I will take your advice.
