Memory loss, brain fog, What helped you?
Good for you. yay keep ut toe good work. I agreee, dont mess with whaterver is working for you. I had the same problem for 3 years since my hyst. I is quite fursutrating isint it? My 3 yr old son is also confused by the mood swings. so I talk to him often about it must be confusing to both of us. We talk about feelingl.
My doctor put me on that ortho tricylllen birth control for hormones with premarin a while back. Recently he took me off the premarin and the whole rollercoaster came back. I found a new doctor that gave it back . Hope it works agin.
So what works with me is that I have a very good diabetes team. They monitor me every 3 months. It has been a battle with my ding bat husband since heleft. He could not handle the fog, the memory loss, the roller coaster, or any mention of cancer and its lovely effects it left behind.
Thanks for letting me vent
The premarin has hellped with memory loss and brian fog and I am so glad I a diabetes dr that can give it back. Hormoes and diabetes go and in hand. They work together in the blood stream . Confusing istnt it?

Memory loss, brain fog, What helped you?
Hi All,
I agree brain fog is horrible!!! The one thing that helped me besides a good balance of hormones was to quit drinking or eating anything with aspartame in it. The difference was like night and day.
Hope you feel better........

Memory loss, brain fog, What helped you?
Hello,
I suffered with really bad brain fog until I switched to the Climara Patch 1mg. None of the pill forms of estradiol improved my fog...It is really amazing difference the patch made-almost immediate. I know many ladies that haven't had this surgery who suffer with brain fog. I have been off the patch for about 1 month now and so far I haven't experienced the brain fog. All the best...Laverne
