Anyone considering not doing HRT?

What is Estroven? Scrapper, don't answer if I am being too personal, but do you use some kind of supplement cream, or cream during sex or anything....the only description I can give and it made my friend laugh..I kept thinking I had a yeast infection, but don't think I do becasue it would have gotten worse by now, but sometimes it feels like my Vajaja (as it has been called on other thread on this site...) "puckers".... and sticks.... (what can I say, its a whole new world...) - a blushing Suzyq

Anyone considering not doing HRT?

Wow what great feed back. Thanks everyone. I am so glad that there is the option not to do HRT, it had always seemed like a must do if thrust into menopause surgically. I do take a multivitamin, calcium supplement, fish oil, and a low dose thyroid pill. If I can get by with supplements that are good for my overall body health anyway, then that would be the route I'd want to go. My dr is a gyno oncologist, so I suspect he'd lean not in favor of HRT. He only said we'd talk about that at the next appt in 4 weeks.

I appreciate the feed back so far and will look forward to what comes forth in the next week or so. thank you, thank you, thank you!
