8 Months Post Depressed and More

Hi,
Here I am again!
The crying, angry, easy to frustrate, over sensitive NUT!!!

UGH!!
My hormones WILL NEVER leave me alone!
Before the sugery, life was unbearable!!!!

I have always had issues with my female hormones! My first period I was 9 years old.
Throughout the next 42 years it was hell.
Maybe 1 week out of the month where i was ME.

Then I get Hashimoto.
An autoimmune disease that thinks your thyroid is envading you body and keeps killing it.
After about 9 months my TSH and Thyroid panel was so out of whack it still will never be under control.
Mind you, Yes they did thyroid panels and my bloodwork didn't show the thyroid having a problem at all.
AND YES another hormone!

Okay so now 8 months.
Yes I am so happy there isn't blood everywhere like a crime scene, but I am out of my mind!
But in all of my PMS, and pain, I have never been so out of control.
I hate being around myself, so I can imagine how my husband feels.
Crying, depression, mood swings, everything falls or drops, I hurt myself with everything (hit my head on the cabinet, run over my foot when I am vacuuming, etc).

Sorry,
I don't want to call people and say HI
I am going nuts, since you're the sisters... I am coming to you

Do I use the cream?
Do I worry about using the cream?
Do I stick it out?
I will be divorced and possibly in lock down LOL, made myself laugh there.
Please excuse my mood swing

Re: 8 Months Post Depressed and More

Hi!
I don't use any HRT (kept ovaries) but am reminded of a conversation the other day about coping mechanisms. It's not full proof, but it's easy, free and non-hormonal so it won't cause other issues. WebMD has some that I found to be very helpful prior to surgery!
