Shoulder pain/ upper arm pain

I had the DaVinci survey in late December, the very day I had it my shoulder joints hurt bad and I assumed it was the gas they inflate you with. It's continued to hurt, and here it is goining on 3 months on the 21st of March and I can still not lay with my hands behind my head, the pain in unbearable.

Can anyone tell me if there is something they do with your arms in surgery that could have hurt them so? I thought they put your arms down at your sides but I'm wondering if they yank you around or something? I had zero issues before surgery, now my range of motion of motion is low and pain level high??!

I wish I had some insight. Like you, I'd think that after 3 months lingering gas from surgery should be long gone. I'm wondering if a nerve got pinched. It wouldn't hurt to talk to your gyn/surgeon about it, but also make an appointment with your GP.
