Another ignorant question

Can I actually get a yeast infection when I have no uterous, ovaries, or cervix? If so does the yeast creams interact ok with the HRT? Help

To give an answer to the jelly like substance that comes when ovulating, that is what I used to do and have, yet with pain.

Yeast Infection?

jacksgramma

As far as I'm aware, anywhere that's warm and moist is a perfect breeding ground for fungus or bacteria ~ armpits, under breasts, vaginas, etc ...

If it's only happening when you're ovulating, it could possibly be something entirely different. A yeast infection tends to be like "cottage cheese" ~ white, thick and itchy.

Have you had a doctor check this out? If not, it would definitely be the best idea as then you'll know exactly what you're dealing with.

Will you let us know what you find out?

Yeast Infection?

I've gotten a few since TAH, and had some post op from a recent LSO for the last ovary. Check with your doc, they may want to culture and/or examine under a microscope to be sure what's going on with you.
