Question about post hysterectomy check ups

I went today for my 6 week post op and was cleared for everything but sex and baths. My Dr said I had granulation tissue and he used silver nitrate and had me made another appointment for next week. Has anyone experienced this? My other question is my cousin had a total robotic hysterectomy 2 weeks ago and at her check up yesterday her surgeon told her he doesn't have to see her again and she can have sex at 5 weeks! I thought everyone had a 6 week post op check up. Just wondering if she should get another opinion.....

I was told you 6 to 8 weeks before sex as of your other questions I cannot answer those sorry I'm only 3 weeks post op
