sensation when i pee! LOL

ok, i am going to the doctor for my 5 week check up next week,i am 4 weeks post op and am doing WONDERFUL! i am probably doing too much but i have a lot of energy, i am cleaning house, doing laundry,mowing,weed eating my yard,but like i said nothing has bothered me,i do have a slight non hurtful sensation down there though when i pee...i wonder what that could be? it doesn't hurt, or burn, it just feels heavy while i am peeing, its hard to explain but once my bladder is empty it goes away:-) i am hoping this is normal:-)
p.s. TAH with ovaries removed, no bleeding since the surgery at all.

I too experience what you are speaking of. My procedure was on 05/20/09. I am 11 weeks post op and I still feel the sensation after urinating but it is not intense as it was before. My physician said it will go away with time. Hope you feel better. Each week gets better
