TAH 3 days post hysterectomy: Leaking bladder or clear discharge???

I am wearing a panty shield and have had no spotting to speak of. What I notice though is the panty shield is damp. Is there clear discharge down there or would it be urine??

It could be both.I notice I could not hold my bladder in beginning I think because it is so swollen in there but I did notice clear discharge.I can' t ware panties it digs into inscion because I'm cut bikini line. It's all normal just get plenty of rest and listen to your body.

The first few days after the catheter was taken out I noticed I was having a slight urine leakage. I've just been gently doing my kegel exercises and it seems much better. Like Downing67, I think the swelling had a lot to do with it.
