dVH/RALH: Last few days before hysterectomy on 4/12

Today was my last day of work before my surgery, which is on Tuesday. I feel like I have so much to do, but at the same time, I am so ready. I had my pre-op appointment today, and that went well. I am a little nervous about Tuesday and whether I will be sent home or stay in the hospital. I know that I have been in a lot of pain for several weeks so I am hopeful that this will alleviate a lot of it.

I know your list of to do list is a mile long. Focus on the important items and let the rest go. Either someone else will do it, or it can wait until you feel better. Also, you should find the time to give yourself a treat - something special that does not violate your doctor's instructions. Maybe an or a or an outing with friends

Good luck!! Mine is Wed, and my last day at work was Fri. Pretty soon, we will feel much better!!!

We absolutely will! I am taking Monday to finish any small last minute things. I am actually looking forward to Tuesday because I know I will feel better!
