scared to death

l have been miserable since my da vinci on 11-13. Cath for 2 weeks, clay colored stools which are finally getting normal but nausea constantly. Dr did a full cat scan of my abdomen and called this morning they said from a surgical standpoint it came back normal but I need to come in Monday which is 10 days before I am scheduled to go back. Deep in my gut I know there is something he needs to tell me face to face or why would they have stated from a surgical standpoint, not just you cat scan came back good.

Just breathe. It may just be discussion on alternate medications or something.

Try not to read more into the phrasing of the words than there may be. You can call him back and ask if he can see you today or tell you what you need to know because your scared and upset and you don't want to go through the entire weekend thinking about what if's.

You have all of us, but tell someone close to you there so that you don't have to wait alone. Hang in there and hold on. This may not be anything at all.
