diarehea/ fever

Hello
I had a total hysto on aug. 5th and since have had a low grade fever and on going diarehea. have had tests and all are negative. Overall I feel really good just cant eat.
Has anyone else had this happen?

I have had the low grade fever since I got home, ran about 99 - 99.8. Now it gets closer to normal in the am and goes back to the 99's in the pm. As for going to the bathroom I have been the opposite, been drinking prune juice, apple juice, tons of water & taking stool softerners to get where I am now. My appetite is not really back. Its weird sometimes I feel like I may be hungry others I just force myself to eat something because I know if I don't I will feel bad. Needless to say I have been losing weight because of this I think. I will be glad when my body gets back to normal. Take care. It will get better.
