Dizziness?

Am 18 days out of my TAH and occasionally feel dizzy when I'm up and walking. Strangely I feel more tired than the first 2 weeks. Is this typical of anyone? Otherwise, I am healing fine, but still need to pace my activity level.

I've had the dizziness also and still have it occasionally at 7 weeks out. Not sure what's up with that, but I hope somebody can enlighten us on that

Dizziness can be because of many different things so it is important to contact your doctor and explain exactly how you feel. You could be having a minor problem or a big one ranging from low blood sugar (from not eating the same), low blood pressure, low estrogen, sinus infection, ear infection, internal bleeding, etc.

Please talk to your doctor and find out what you can do for your dizziness! I had dizziness accompanied by total lack of vision and almost lost of conscience almost every time I stood weeks for many weeks after my hyst so I know it is not a pleasant experience! I had to see not only my GYN, but a GP, a neurologist, and cardiologists!
