Hair and skin changes post hysterectomy 3 months

I had a total hysterctomy took everything uterus, ovaries and cervix because of cancer which was contained in the uterus. Since then 3 months ago my skin is oily and my hair will not hold a curl which is very different from before. I'm don't know what to do???? Help

Usually dry skin and hair can be a problem. As for the hair change, realize that for many people anesthetics can affect hair. You hear all the time of women whose hair changed after a pregnancy, well the same can happen after any surgery. And, between the hormone changes that the drugs you had for surgery - anything in your body is open to change. For me it was my bowels. After 2 years they are finally working close to pre-surgery. My hair now has a slight wave to it. My skin is dryer than before.

Guess one can say; we can't win! :-)
