Insomnia is killing me! I didn't sleep at all Thursday night. Friday night I got 3 hours of sleep. Saturday (last night) I got 5 hours and have been napping all day. Praying I can sleep tonight because I go back to work tomorrow!! Anyone else start back this week?

Re: Returning to work tomorrow/insomnia
I had terrible insomnia too, going back to work the first week was very tiresome but helped with the insomnia!

Re: Returning to work tomorrow/insomnia
I had and still have insomnia, I get the some sleep when I can.
I have my good day and bad days.
Talk to your doctor about your insomnia and he/she can recommend something. I decided to take nothing and see it out.
Get some rest.

Re: Returning to work tomorrow/insomnia
I go back tomorrow. I have had some insomnia. I've been working kind of hard to stay awake all day and try to do enough, so I can sleep.Someone was joking on another thread I was Ferberizing myself. Quite a bit of truth to that. I've seen female and male family members extend recovery or mess up sleep for years after a surgery.
