8 or 9 day after hysterectomy - vaginal area is sore, stomach feels tight, can't stand for too long

Ok seems like each day bring a different pain I can't take to many mess for pain due to constipation issues. But the vaginal area is sore is that normal I keep putting ice there but then feels like I got to pee.

Stomach gets tight from sitting up I can't stand too long doing dishes wears me out. Even a few stairs I can feel it.
What should I do.

Is this all normal?

Re: 8 or 9 day after

It's very normal to feel like that after hysterectomy surgery.

Rest as much as you can, drink lots of water and take short regular walks when you feel able to.

When you start feeling tired, that is your body telling you it needs to rest. Recovery just takes time, but each week you will start feeling stronger and have more energy.

Thanks all this is so new and sometimes nor sure if it's a normal process or not. Just they never tell you in the hospital you can experience all these other pains or what to do. But today my belly is sore ichy from the the bandage. . What can you do for that?
