4 1/2 weeks and no energy

Hi it's my fist time posting. I'm at 4 1/2 weeks and have no energy. The fist two weeks I stayed in bed got up only to pee and shower. Week 3 felt great had a friend over and spent that week doing christmass shopping and eating out. Came week 4 and can't sleep feel no energy maybe I over did it last week.

My surg was 3 days before yours. I'm still exhausted. I actually posted about it the other day. I'm jealous you had an energetic week! I've been so tired all through this. Not to say you did over due it last week but I think your body is saying - slow down. Healing takes all the energy your body has right now. Rest when you can. I'm having a terrible time sleeping too. I think its because I'm use to be so busy and now, well, let's just say I'm at the opposite end of the spectrum. I take a herbal sleep aid. Helps a little.

Cherie V. Thanks for your reply. I slept well last nigth went to bed around 11pm woke up past 10 this morning and I feel great. My body feels like taking a nap rite now, but I don't want to. Don't want to be up all nigth again. Hope you feel better
