Ended up in ER for pain

Just found out this week that my sugery will be at the end of the month, but was in so much pain starting at 1:30 this morning ended up in the ER @ 4:30. Have adenomysis - most likely, and the pain is terrifying. Any one else delt with lots of pain while waiting for sugery date?

Yes, my surgery is 2 days after yours. I was in the ER in September where I was diagnosed with cysts and fibroids. 800mg Motrin and torodol quit working over a month ago so I just deal with the pain. 3 weeks from tomorrow!

Yes I had the problem. I ended up having to get different pain meds. It can be very tough to deal with the pain and you really need to talk to your doc to see if he can help you.

I have adenomyosis and I'm in pain everyday. It never goes away. I sneezed yesterday and it was horrible. I swear I felt and heard something snap. Still feeling it today.

Doctor gave me tramodol a couple of weeks ago. All it did was make me nauseas. Got vicoden from ER, but motrin is working again for now. I just really feel alone with this - even though my husband is great about it. It's nice to know I'm not the only one that has to deal with pain during the wait for sugary. Thank you all.
