TLH 9 days post op hysterectomy: not sure how much I should be doing

Hi my sisters, I have a few questions. I had my TLH kept ovaries on May 23 and I am up and down on pain. Some days bad some good. I am not sure how much I should be doing. What I think is not much to me seems to cause me more discomfort. I do not lift or push anything, I mainly just maybe sweep the porch, water my flowers outside, pick up kitty litter and laundry at times. I went on a longer walk today about 20 minutes. I had no discharge or bleeding at first but a few days ago I had the weirdest thing happen. I had an erotic dream and woke up and had an orgasm. Later that day I had pink discharge coming out and still have a little.
Is this normal? And is that bad to have an orgasm with no stimulation? I always had a high sex drive. Is this why?

You had surgery a week ago and your activities seem a bit much to me and this might account for your up and down pain. Listen to your body. If something hurts after you have done it (sometimes it is the next day), wait a bit longer before trying it again.
