TAH Minor bleeding after washing incision post hysterectomy

I am 2 1/2 weeks TAH post op i noticed today that i have some very minor bleeding after i washed my incision with antibacterial soap like my dr advised! Its not bleeding bad just enough to b on the incision n a few drops were on the wash cloth i used is that normal i went to my dr tues and he said everything looked great but that i will have a bigger scar because the skin folded over a little while healing!
