2 weeks post hysterectomy - odd pains and fatigue

I am 2 weeks post op tomorrow. The procedure was done vaginally and all but ovaries were removed. They used twilight sleep and a saddle block as anesthesia. I am now experiencing a sharp stabbing and pulling in lower right abdomen and I get very sleep very easily. I will feel fine and then all of a sudden very sleepy. Is this normal this far into recovery, is it hormones out if whack, when will I be back to normal?

For me, that type of sleepiness was normal at two weeks. I was very light headed until almost four weeks out. I can't give you an answer on your pain. Sorry.

Even that tells me I'm not crazy or having trouble. Other surgeries I have had were in my teens up to mid twenties and I guess since I am no longer in that age range recovery may be a little longer.
