4 Days To Go Trying To Stay Calm

I justed wanted to take this opportunity to thank all the sisters that have answered my questions calmed my fears and filled my heart with words of encouragement and support. While I still have my moments of fears and tears I believe it is because of all of you that I have been able to keep my nerves under control.
My bags are packed and I just have a bit more house cleaning and a few small errands. My family is throwing me a birthday party on Wednesday before my bowel prep on Thurs. as I will be spending my 48th birthday in the hospital.
Best wishes to all my November sisters. We will all do just fine. See you in post-op.
Hugs to all!

Happy early birthday to you! I was very fortunate to have some great nurses during my recovery. We laughed a lot! Try to have some fun with it! Laughter is a great way to help you feel better! Good luck to you!

You will do just great!

The time flies and one day you will be typing away here (perhaps - if you are still around here!!) feeling just as good as I do now after the same/similar op.

I don't know where the weeks went!
It's not always fun, post-op., but if you can find some fun and enjoyment (pampering yourself!), and do all the right things to take care of yourself, you will be fine! You have a good attitude, and I hope you can celebrate your birthday wholeheartedly and look forward to better health ahead.

We'll see you in the post-op. forum!
