Ok, help.....

I know this is probably covered somewhere out there, but I need some immediate tlc...

I just went back to work ysdy and for the first time since surgery, I had funky discharge in the potty. I had 2 pieces of mucousy discharge and some bloodiness intertwined. I am waiting for c/b from doctor.
I have had pain on my right side since Sunday. Any thoughts?

Sorry Lanie, I don't know what is going on. I hope you hear from your dr. and start feeling better soon. I just wanted to keep your post fresh so you can get the support you need.

It could be that you are still experiencing some discharge from healing and dissolving stitches. And by returning to work, your body is being pushed more than it has been for awhile. It is not uncommon to experience additonal discharge and pain as you increase your activity levels.

I am glad you have a call in to your doctor and I hope you hear back soon! Keep us posted!

He felt it was vaginal granulation, which usually happens earlier. He told me to see if it happens again, and call him next week to make an appt if it does. He would have to do some sodium nitrate corderizing (sp) if it does.
