Thank you so much for sharing your experience. I am so sorry for your pain & hope all is found to be well & healed quickly. Great advice to allow our bodies the proper time to heal and the quiet enough in the day to listen to what our body tells us. I understand the tug & pull feeling like I should be back at work & knowing I don't feel quite strong enough. Best of luck to you ~
