Anyone else got a bug (ill with a cold, flu, sinus infection, etc)?

i didnt have a cold for about 3 yrs- as soon as i came home from hospital i felt terrible with my sinuses.i still have it now but its alot easier to put up because i feel better from the op. Iv been taking vitamins every single day too.why do i bother???
im not sure if my body is getting rid of all the toxins i had before.Cant shift this awful cold.

I have a suspicion that the trauma of surgery really puts our immune system awry. I've done a little research into this - albiet along my inclinations. I've discovered since my surgery that I'm severely affected by sleep disorder. Surgery, tiredness, depression, sleep apnea all can be triggers for depressed immune responses.

For me, massages are really good for my healing. I'm trying to get my doctor to include this so I can get my insurance to pay. I think you need to explore mainstream as well as alternative, wolistic options for your healing.
