dVH/RALH Pain in the glands

Hello everyone. I am almost two weeks post op. had horrible rectal pain during bowel movements. Now my right gland in the hip joint area is hurting during the movement. It is the side they put my Vdot patch on. I am currently using the estrodoil gel and think I will use some progesterone cream to help me sleep tonight.
When the doctor spoke to my husband the day if surgery he said I had odd scar tissue in areas I did not have surgery. I do have lupus so might be a reason for that.

What could cause this achy pain in my gland during bowel movement? Thanks!!
