10 days post-LSH and now I have a UTI

UGh... I feel so miserable. I guess the tylenol/ibuprofen combo has been keeping my temp down, but I feel so achy. I thought it was mostly from the surgery, but now that I know, maybe some is from the UTI. Did anyone else have atypical sx....Low back pain, achy legs, low grade fever? At least I have the antibiotics now hopefully I wont have more Stomach symptoms from that.
Am I ever going to get better??

Hang in there sister. I think the antibiotics will make you feel better in just a day or two --though you need to stay on them for the length of prescription. I don't have UTI but i do have weird pulsing sensation when i empty my bladdr..like the catheter is still in there or something..weird...we just have to take it one day at a time...hope you feel better soon,

I have had many uti's etc... I have found that cranberry (they make pills if you don't like the juice) and yogurt with acedephelis (can't spell it sorry) and live cultures make my tummy better and keep the utis etc away!

I am taking the last of my antibiotics today for uti, this last week has found me very tired, still I find a very weird sensation with the bladder, I go t othe doc next week, we are all healing i have finally
caved to the idea of just laying around....it's just really boring but I know it's best, take care rest you'll feel better in a few days..

I stocked up on cranberry pills before surgery, and as soon as I got home I started taking 3/day and will do so for the next 50 days (3 bottles of 50 each), and thus far I've avoided a UTI. *knock on wood*
