My breasts hurt, have you heard of this?

Hi there,

I am in my two week post op and I just noticed my breasts are sesnsitive. I was showering and I felt sore. My puppy was hugging me and I hurt some more.

Has anyone had this happen to them. I had a LSH BSO and I am on the Vivelle .01 patch. I see my DR on the 8th.

Any help would be appreciated.

Thanks,
Peggy

Chefpeg-

I am on day 10 post op and I noticed the same thing, I am on the same med as you. I read the pamphlet and tenderness in the breast is a common side effect. If you are worried about it I would call your doc, that is why they are there!! Good luck to you.

Mine are tender too!!!!!! I was actually hoping that they would get bigger (and they are just a tad-probably won't last). After this surgery I have definitely decided AGAINST the breast augmentation that I was debating!!!!

Peggy I had the same problem. Doc told me it was a side effect from
the premarin cream he put me on. I cut the cream down to once
a day and it made a big difference. I could'nt sleep because when
I rolled over my boobs hurt so bad. I hope you feel better soon.

Thanks ladies,

I really do feel better knowing I am not the only one out there with this happening.

Take care,
