2.5 months post-op: Abdominal pain post hysterectomy surgery

I recently have been having quite a bit of abdominal pain after my surgery which was a DaVinci hysterectomy including the removal of my cervix. Just abdominal pain pressure or anything on the abdomen has been painful and went to the surgeon yesterday and found there was a vaginal cuff granuloma which she treated with silver nitrate. I'm just concerned that my body has always been a very sensitive one in time of healing and and worried that this is going to be a continual issue. Have you found this to be the case and how frequently should I go to my regular gynecologist to have it checked out? Prior to the appointment with the doctor yesterday in the removal of the granuloma I did have some bright red bleeding the day before as well as a yeast infection the week prior. Are these common things to be happening to my body post surgery? Also how long should I be having cramping from the procedure with the silver nitrate which removed the granuloma?
