Question re: cysts in cervix

In June I had a vaginal sonogram done and it revealed that I had small septated Nabothian cysts that were seen in the cervix, has anyone heard of these and can these cause pain. There was also a small "subserous fibroid" on the left side of the uterus. They dont say how big these are but can these cause pain also??

I was diagnosed with a few, small subserous fibroids many years ago. They come in all sizes and.....depending on length of time, hormones, and any pregnancies...........have the potential of getting quite large. Mine grew to the size of grapefruits, orbitting my uterus like planets ("pedunculated fibroids", at this point), by the time I was 47 years old. They never caused me pain.

Hi, I'M NEW HERE. I HAD BEEN IN IN PAIN FOR A LONG TIME. WENT TO THE DR.
he took a ultrasound. I have pain on my left side, it goes into my side too,and
hip pain. He said I have multiple Nabothian cysts in the cervical region.
And cyst on the left ovary.

I had a couple nabothian cysts on my cervix for years. Docs often don't even mention them. I noticed on the pathology report from my hyst that it also said "chronic cervicitis" but, like in the article (((Fibroidwoman)))) provided, there were no symptoms with the nabothian cysts whatsoever.
