LSH 2-17-10 - when can I have a massage?

Don't know about the rest of you, but my back is killing me from sitting and laying down. I have not tried to lay on my tummy yet - any advise on when I can do that? And once I can, any advice on whether I can get a massage or not?

My doc told me at my 2-week that I could sit in a hot tub - just need to get up the energy to get to the gym to do it!

I am a licensed massage therapist and I personally have given massage within the 3-4 week period. You can be placed in a side-lying position similar to that of the positioning of a maternity client. I would ask that the therapist has any experience with pregnancy massage. With the right amount of cushions, pillows and proper positioning you can receive a very effective but light, (I would not have a deep tissue) back massage that can make a big difference in your comfort level.
