HELP, Stop this ITCHING

I just had my surgery almost three weeks ago, and now, I am itching like crazy from my belly down to where the incision is at. Is there any way to relieve this or get rid of it. Or just tell me, it will go away soon. HELP. Also, I am still numb down there too....

Re: HELP, Stop this ITCHING

Benadryl gel applied alongside - not on - the incision.

Thanks Sisters. I can't scratch it. It's just, OMG, don't want no one to think I got nothing because of the itching LMBO.

Re: HELP, Stop this ITCHING

As odd as it sounds, I was told to do hot compresses for my staples an I noticed that when I did it, my itching on m stomach would go away too. I've seen some women on here say they put Benadryl cream on their stomachs.

Re: HELP, Stop this ITCHING

vitamin E oil may help too. once the incision is healed it will help it not be as noticeable as well.
