TAH Lower left side pain

I am 2 weeks 3 days post op and still am experiencing a constant burning pulling pain in my lower left side of my belly/hip. I know its normal to feel this but when will it let up? I can barely walk, I hunch over and hold it in. My doctor has me comin back in next week to check on my pain. She told me it was coming from the incision and stitches. It feels like it's pulling at my hip.
