Belly sagging a little-12 weeks post op

Hello! I had my hysterectomy March 19th and everything went really well. I haven't been exercising much, and as a result I have gained back a little weight. My belly is somewhat droopy and swollen-it isn't flat. Although my belly was never really flat. My incision has healed up really well. My ovaries and tubes are still there. Does anyone else have a little belly swelling? It doesn't hurt-although when my doctor pressed on it, it was a little tender. I am really jumpy about anyone touching my stomach right now, even though nothing is wrong. My doctor said my body is still healing even though it has been 4 months. I constantly worry about this....can anyone relate?

I have read on here that it takes about a year to heal completely for some people. Maybe you can increase vitamins and minerals to speed recovery if you aren't already taking them. I guess you would need to check with doc before adding them though.
