crampng

I had LPH on 12-22-10. I notice that I am cramping alot now. I was fine all before. No bleeding nothing. I can stand the cold. Any cool air hit my stomach, I am cramping now. Its been a lil painful today because its cold and raining.
I am fully dress. Is there any thing else I can do to control the cramping? I look funny at home with my stomach wrap up. I got to figure out how I am going to do this next week if I get to go back to work.
Any ideals?

Re: crampng

Maybe a heating pad on low would help. I would also let the doctor know if this continues, it might be a sign of something going on or perhaps you are overdoing it. I know for 6 weeks post op I literally rested, red and watched TV to heal. I really did not feel better until about 10 weeks. Major surgery is hard on the body and requires a lot of rest, no lifting, no pulling or pushing, as all these active movements disrupt healing and tender tissue.
