bladder issues

I am 10 weeks post op and doing great sex life with DH wonderful now. I had a TVT bladder sling when I had my hysterectomy and at 4 weeks I had a UTI now at 10 weeks I have another one. I am wondering if its just me or did I mess up and have the bladder surgery. It is a constant worry I mean when is enough an enough?

Why did they do bladder surgery.

I had some bladder leakage.
