sleeping on sides

I try to walk about as much as I can, or even just get up to stand tall. I'm trying to balance time in bed vs mobile best I can without over doing it. sadly, percoset makes the 'overdoing it' hard to tell.

til the meds wear off. heh.

The pain meds do make it hard to tell what is overdoing. I get up and make a couple of laps around the house every couple of hours.

So happy to be able to sleep on my side! That first day, most of my pain was in my back, just couldn't seem to get comfy. Pillows at my tummy and between my knees are helping, but a memory foam topper sounds like a great idea! Thanks, and happy healing, sisters!!
