male doctor appoinment update

I just want to thank you all for making feel less worried about going to see my male doctor ( he is a doctor that ive only seen twice unrelated to my hysterctomy ) I told him that i wasnt examined at my post op visit at the hospital and i asked him all sorts of questions, he examined my stomach and everything seems to have healed really well but he did not do an internal exam as he said that at nearly 7 weeks post op i should be healed up inside do you think i will be . I have also been cleared for sex although not to be rough, just to do it gently, so i did last night and i found it a bit painful and not the same as before the hyst, i bled just a little bit but it was pink and not red blood which only lasted a short while.
My histology report hasnt been sent to my doctors yet so he said i might have to go back for another checkup later on. Anyway thanks again for your support and i think this site is great and helps so many women.
